I called the retention number today. Its funny because there is no mention of American Express; it just says enter your number. I talked to a very nice lady who offered 10k points just to keep it open with no spend. She remarked that they were excited to offer points since that is a recent development for the business card. Have held the card about a year. I definately recommend calling the retention department directly. Thanks for posting the number.
