I am doing EWR-LAX-SIN round trip for $866 (3 day trip). I get about 22,400 miles. The same trip was available for ~678 dollars a while back.

I did the EWR-SIN trip twice in the past three months. Once for $431 and another time for $462. And these rates were available for a number of months and as recently 4/5 weeks ago, but no longer. I am keeping an eye in case they come back. I hope they do.
Apparently this under $400 China fare has more longevity, albeit not as easy and straightforward an itinerary.
