The photo being shown on the home page above is now the photo that loads on the mobile app upon opening it. The mobile app on iPhone just updated today.

There are still many functions only available on the website, and not in-app. Past/cancelled reservations, for one. Complex itineraries, for another. Sorting and searching flights I find easier on the website.

If there’s been a change to the itinerary (ie flight change, time change etc) - I can’t see that in the app,
only on the website.

Things like that. Some of the more edge cases, but still necessary.

I don’t mean any of that to say I don’t adore United’s app. It’s - by far - best of breed. But still some things are better or only doable on the web.
