If you are booked under BA Holidays' span of control then no, SDC doesn't apply. You can call the specific BAH hotline and see if they will move you for other reasons (e.g. delays, risk of mis-connects) but outwith special circumstances, normally they will want a change fee.
Darn, but thought as much. Something to consider when looking to save by bundling your trip.
