Your best bet would be a pre-paid taxi at the airport. These are fixed prices, pre-paid at the airport -- ensures you are not cheated.
Ola/Uber would also be good choices, but Ola requires that an Indian telephone number, and Uber requires a network connection in India (which you may not have - depending on your mobile carrier).
