CPT to DXB then 1 hr 5 min to FRA flight-too short for somewhat gimpy seniors?
Long time lurker here--thank you for the incredible amount of information that we have acquired from Flyertalk over the years! This is a first post...hope I've got it right. Later this year, we will be flying Emirates from Capetown to Dubai and then (also on Emirates) on to Frankfurt with a 1 hour 5 minute layover. At 77, we are active and fortunate to be able to continue to travel, but are careful to plan the bejeebers out of our trips. Will we need to change terminals? Are there security checkpoints we have to go through? Can anyone comment on whether the flight from CPT to DXB has a good on-time arrival record? We can move briskly, but sprinting is not in the cards! Your observations will be greatly appreciated!
