If there is seats available, ANA is pretty good at releasing some F availability close in. But for the Tokyo to China leg, short notice availability is far less likely.

If you arrive in ANA F and depart ANA J it is SOP to get F lounge access. More questionable if it will happen with second flight not being NH but can never hurt to bring your boarding pass and ask. Same day connections only.
