Forgot to mention but BR will be stepping up their social media presence, especially in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Contracts were forged with social media marketing companies last year and the presence can already be felt with more advertising/posts on their social media accounts than before(though online help is still crap).

They are also encouraging OLCI so that they can cut down pax check-in time, reduce the # of ground staff allocated to check-in and assign them to airside(where there is a total shortage of staff) in addition to rolling out more kiosk check-in at certain outstations in the coming year.

A new customer call center system will be introduced for EVA Air North America at the end of this year which will help to ease the burden on the overcrowded phone lines.
They are also introducing a new cargo tracking system and better improvements to their app/website.
They are also introducing a new duty free system that uses the onboard connectivity(A321/A332 will use a satellite type system that the pilot use).
