Thanks. Called today and the US based EXP AAgent was able to get me into Business on the CMB-AUH leg. She said that it was in the ticketing queue and that it would get run through the AA/EY Liaison before ticketing. I am able to pull up the booking at the Etihad site but can't do anything with seats yet.
