I went to a 3rd Giant today, and that one was flooded this time with them. I suspect it has little to do with the store, and more with the individual that is stocking them. My store had tons of VGCs and, for the first time, big signs attached to the rack advertising the deal.
Honestly, the only reason anyone would NOT do this deal is ignorance and, perhaps, lack of a Mastercard and the ability to prepay $500 of expenses. It's an extremely generous offer, that doesn't involve much hassle (mostly a few keystrokes).
