I was a bit interested in the sales pitch based on the property but then noted that you buy the property, share in profits (I'm sure there won't be after then management fee), and can only stay in it two weeks a year.
Yeah, I doubt few of the people who are buying into it really care about staying there. It's more about (1) the passport and (2) somewhere to store your money in case there's civil unrest or whatever back home.
