In my business, people have objectives against which they are measured, don't BA's !!??
We have supervisors and managers whose annual income varies in direct relation to how well they ensure their staff are doing what they're supposed to be doing...!
The absence of visible management enforcement of the new boarding policy
at BA's home bases with
BA's own staff strongly suggests to me that compliance with the policy is only a soft requirement which is not going to affect anyone's pay packet... while in contrast, failing at on-time dispatch is an absolutely no-no.
Otherwise, local management would be out and about in T5, T3 and LGW S ensuring their bonuses were safe
