May be a little late posting but everyone has made a great point. FT is comprised of many great, honest, and decent people who I think would help anyone who was truly in need and could demonstrate such. My only comment is, if my mother were dying, I certainly would be there ASAP (of course using the most economical means if I had a limited budget) without regard of cost. I too, am suspicious and would gladly offer whatever help I could if hersheymom's situation could be documented. Earning FF miles should be her last concern with just getting there being her first.
