No real impact on the big picture views from the lobby or guestrooms. There are lots of small tugs, barges, and cranes working on the Ave. of the Stars extension in front of the hotel and new building. But these are down at water level and mostly close up against the building & future walkway, so the harbor view from the hotel isn't impacted much at all.
