Today TG916 is operated by A380 and also tomorrow.

If they get one additional A380 back flying on March 10th, then it means that the contingency planned is used for only 2 days.

Before that, they must have rebooked Royal First pax on TG910 via FRA or CDG or even transferred to other carriers.

I like the new contingency plan better than the current one, which they simply delay a flight (TG910/920/930) from around midnight to morning departure to wait for inbound aircraft from Europe which arrives early morning. This create huge inconvenience because it will cause many pax to miss connections. With the new set up, they basically maintain all schedules and cause inconvenience to much fewer passengers that must be bumped due to capacity reduction. Yes, NRT F pax would be unhappy but I think they would be less pissed off than pax on Europe-bound flight which have much longer flight time.
