Same day flight change question- Booked in I class, will downgrade to Y still receive

I'm needing to be on an earlier flight for a meeting. Currently booked on an "I" fare in domestic first.

Can I do same day change and go into "Y" coach? Looks like F is not available.

Would I still get 50% EQM since original fare is "I"?
