Delay in Plastiq payment
I did a couple test payments in Dec and Jan to test the waters before I made a full mortgage payment to my credit union in the Midwest. The first payment was delayed 11 days likely due to holidays at the end of the year and possibly a different zip than the payment stub. The second payment was a day early than their guarantee. I figured I'd give it a week cushion since I had a two week grace period after my due date.
Payment processed 2/14, sent 2/15, and was to be delivered on 2/23. Called my credit union and they said they haven't received anything. Is this typical of Plastiq? Going forward I'm probably going to give them a three week cushion, but that just seems excessive.
Anyone else experience this type of delay?
