Yes, if they didn't load the rate properly then it should be fair game (I wasn't aware the terms were only in the 'fine print'). They may try to push back, but I would hope that would be before arriving so you have time to check out alternatives. Also, be sure to keep a copy of your confirmation email and DO NOT rely upon the website. It's hard to imagine the hotel caring enough to ask to see the confirmation email. Unless it was a ridiculously cheap rate I think it's extremely unlikely the hotel will even bat an eye.
