The online sales soon sold out when they started on February 8. They will go on sale at 4 points (see article at bottom) , some starting February 26, but they will be long lineups. The other option will be to buy from travel agents, who have been buying them up on spec.

There will be lots of other free activities , like the parades on Friday evening March 3, and Saturday morning March 4, and some (some you have to pay for) street wine tastings.
