The QF 380? Certainly newer, fresher, a better in-flight entertainment system?
With QF and your status you can use the Cathay lounge. If you don't fancy that then there's the AA lounges, the new QF lounge or the BA lounges. You can also use the Emirates First Class lounge on your return, if you're on a QF flight / ticket.
