2020 is a long way away so I think most of us will believe this is going to happen once construction starts. In Vegas we all know there were hotels that were construction sites for years that looked like they would never be finished...the whole City Center complex and the Cosmo were prime examples. Then there was to be a W Hotel that never came to be built but instead they took over an old hotel. In 2 years a ton can change but the news is promising.
