Mayday Mayday! Tried the book out and change within 24 hours trick today 3 times the agent tried to charge the fee each time. Must be part of the software updates! Claimed they could not waive it (unlike the phone booking fees). On the third occasion I gently protested and she got a lead to waive it as a one time courtesy.

Not a change I like but I guess you can't fault them for following the rules.
