A slightly tongue in cheek post but a warning to all.

I have just come through First Check-in with my partner.

The BA app on my phone seems to be playing up and not letting me check-in.

After some faffing around it worked so all was good.

Going through the BA passenger check I presented my Boarding Pass on my phone only to be told that I had my partner's boarding pass displayed (same booking).

I of course apologised straight away and saw that there was two tabs on the boarding pass with my partner being the first tab.

I was then berated and made to feel like a naughty school boy being told off.

If that was not enough I was then admonished that I should check I had got it right at the gate and to make sure I did not make the same mistake again.

I appreciate it was my fault but there are ways of getting the message across without humiliating me in the process.

Anyway I have crept off to the sanctuary of Concorde Club room to lick my wounds.
