We're (ROTC Chicago,
www.rotcchicago.org) actually performing this weekend for Chicago Pride. 2 performances: Saturday, June 26th, 6pm at the Waveland/Halsted intersection (there'll be a stage around there) for Pride Fest.
Sunday, June 27th, parade starts at noon from Halsted/Belmont, going north on Halsted, down on Broadway, east on Diversey. (Best view of the action is on Halsted.) Not sure what number we are in the parade...it hasn't been released yet.
Other performances include:
Sunday, August 1st, Vancouver pride parade
Saturday and Sunday, August 7th and 8th, Market Days (Halsted, between Belmont and Addison)
As for the other request...um...who's ILuvParis again?
Fantastic! Hopefully I can catch up with it this weekend since travel plans have adjusted slightly. Unfortunately I'll miss Market Days as I"ll be in Put in Bay for a wedding and not supposed to get back until late Sunday afternoon.
Chatting about it all last evening definitely brought back some memories...and after all these years it's still really cool to hear someone say "I love Center Grove!"
