The front desk at the Hyatt Regency Orange County just refused to take two e-GIft Certificates because I did not have “proof or purchase”. This is absurd, nowhere on the printed terms does it say POP is required to redeem. It s a GIFT certificate for crying out loud, by definition, I PROBABLY DIDN'T BUY IT. How can they get away with such a ridiculous policy?
