This was VERY helpful. Cannot believe I have been searching and getting UA and Star Alliance Awards (usually with great success) and I did not know about Expert Mode. Thanks again.
BTW - I did just check two weeks of flight using IAH, SFO and LAX....no R seats available....darn.
