Remember that dullta.com cannot be used for direct origin to destination searches reliably. It often will not show the most logical, shortest routing and shortest connections. You have to search segment by segment, then call to book the trip. (The opposite is true if you are flying on DL, however.)
Spot on. Use a point to point search to first find availability then try to find an agent to massage the flights to get to the correct award level. Harder these days with unpublished levels.
