BA215 on 15Feb LHR-BOS is a 747-400 with 66 CW seats (8 rows x 8 seats + 1 row x 2 seats) plus 12 seat on the upper deck = 78 seats overall. So obv that's not 86 seats, and f is old F. On the way out, it's a 777, so my understand is now of those have been refurbished.
The upper deck has 20 seats on both variants, so you’re on an 86J aircraft. The tell-tale sign on a seat-map being the CW ‘mini-cabin’ in rows 21-22. See:

The 52J variant has 32 seats on the lower deck between rows 17-20. The ‘tell-tale’ sign here being the unusual placement of the WT+ cabin between F and CW:
