The upper deck has 20 seats on both variants, so you’re on an 86J aircraft. The tell-tale sign on a seat-map being the CW ‘mini-cabin’ in rows 21-22. See: British Airways B747-400 14F/86J/30W/145Y Seat Map

The 52J variant has 32 seats on the lower deck between rows 17-20. The ‘tell-tale’ sign here being the unusual placement of the WT+ cabin between F and CW: British Airways B747-400 14F/52J/36W/235Y Seat Map
