This question is way too general.

What class are you flying in (American only does 2-3-2 on their premium economy class)?

What city are you flying from?

Very few airlines have a consistent product across their entire fleet (though Iberia is actually pretty good about this, there are still some clear differences) so which specific airplane type and in which class matter a lot.

The airlines that serve the US from Madrid are American, Iberia, Air Europa, United, and Delta. Norwegian will be starting service this summer.

So yeah...lots more info needed, also seatguru isn't that great of a reference point, Personally I think the new AA cabins are some of the best crossing the Atlantic from Madrid.
