Best practices for handling the "review"

What are flyertalkers' "best practices" when their accounts are closed?

1. Do you contact Chase?
2. Do you move your URs? When?
3. Do you refrain from applying for CC from other issuers during the review?
4. Do you minimize spend on other CC accounts during the review?

What are your other reccomendations?
