Booked a flight and requested an upgrade before losing elite status
Quick question to all, I had AA PLT and lost it at the end of February and now I do not have any status. If I booked the flight before I lost my status and was able to request an upgrade at the time, will I still be on the upgrade list now after losing my status. If so, am I on the list as a PLT flyer or on the bottom of the list with no status?
I still had some benefits when traveling after my elite status expired in March such as access to the lounge and priority security line acess on a flight to another continent, but then didn't get the 100% bonus miles so I am unsure how the benefits work for flights booked before losing the status in regards to upgrades.
