I did an internal TP run (for my BA EC status) and had for the first time the dim sum platter. I found this to be terrible, mainly due to the difficulty to heat such dishes - basically most of the dim sum disintegrated (skin stuck at the bottom) and the skin of the bun was dry and even crusty. I was looking so much forward for the satay to be served, but sadly had the dim sum option.
