AA Award Change after Issuance
A couple of questions. First, i have a TPAC saver award on JAL in business that will require a stop in NRT. I now see that the AA non-stop is now available in business a the saver level. What fees are involved in changing the reservation? Would I have better luck asking for the change when i check in for the flight at the airport? Second question, the return flight on this award is booked at the "anytime" mileage rate. if the saver rate subsequently becomes available can i simply call and re-book this segment to save some miles. I have no status with AA. Thanks.
