It's saying something about my level trust in their system that I looked at the downgrade email, went "Oh for goodness' sake! They can't even get mailouts right.. how long before they realise it?" and got on with things. By the time the correction email arrived I forgot about it, and my reaction was "ah yeah"

I wouldn't mind if they had made a mistake and sent out the BOGOF voucher for Amb downgrade, and then sent me another one as an RA, but that doesn't seem to happen!
