Why would you exclude ORD because of weather but include BOS, NYC, Minneapolis etc? If anything, because O'Hare has so many flights, it would be a lot easier to get out than from a smaller airport after a weather delay. Chicago also has Midway with frequent flights to LAX and one or two flights a day to Ontario.
