So, curious to ask to those that have done one of these. I am considering one of these to meet a status challenge. Y class versus Y+ - worth the extra spend? Or best to position to LAX and do the C fares? I understand the "you get what you pay for" concept

and have done a JFK-NRT-CGK Y run in the past .....
