Comments: This is my fifth stay at this particular hotel and they have upgraded or tried to upgrade me to their full suite every time (last time they tried, but I arrived at 7 am so they offered a deluxe room and would move me to a full suite later, but I declined. Their deluxe room is bigger than most "junior suites" that a lot of hotels offer). Overall very accommodating staff though the facilities could use some improvement.
