I just used one to upgrade to a Beach Suite and received no confirmation. Im
not too worried about it. You can always call WoH and have them confirm it's noted on the reservation.
By the way, can anyone comment on the feasibility of getting to/from downtown Playa from the property for a night out?
We tend to get resort fever and wouldn't mind heading there in the evening one night.
