Citi actually shut my card down for fraud last week and after being on the phone with foreign reps whom I could not understand and asking to be transferred to a U.S. rep only to be disconnected 2 different times after waiting 15 minutes in total 1 hour on phone in end I could tell they had no idea why they did what they did and in desperation asked me to verify charges for a $ 1.40 cup of coffee from a merchant I go to every day for the last 2 months since I opened the card,
