Within each cabin, the letter on the left is most flexible/expensive booking class and generally the less flexible/less expensive the ticket as you move to the right.
The number represents how many tickets in that booking class available. For BA the max number is 9. 9, therefore, could mean 9 available or any number above 9 available.

Impossible to say for sure if/when oversold. However, I would say that Club is looking pretty busy and as there are still lots of First tickets available, overselling in Club could be possible with some lucky people upgraded. Hope that helps!
