ORD-FRA is UA metal? If so, you should book X/XN and then call to waitlist. Presumably ORD-FRA will clear immediately. If it doesn't work you can always cancel for free within 24 hours.
(And I would be calling rather than debating on FT. The space is going to disappear.)
