I am not sure what this kind of apps means, i got the 2017XX on the same day and i was on hold 3-4 times because the CSR was reviewing all past accounts, got approved afterwards, who knows whats the logic behind it, but on the first phone call for the 17xxxx a day after the application, the CSR tried 3 times to process it with no success, she stated it needs to be processed by a different person/department, i honestly don't put too much stock into what they normally say, but that was our experience.
