Probably typical NYC advise: Higher up should mean less street noise. Attached is the floor plan for the 19th floor. Note there was no ice or vending machines on this floor. Not sure exactly where they're located. Rooms 1907-1912 faced the north; large buildings obstructed most views. Looking to the left you can see some of the ramps for the PA Bus Terminal several blocks away.
