Just looked up the times myself. The arrival time you've posted is wrong. It's arriving at 2125 which means you'd have to have a late night flight. I don't think the airports in French Polynesia outside of PPT have lights. Last PPT-BOB flight leaves before 1800 looking at Air Tahiti's schedule right now.
Daylight savings... 2025 arrival the first few days of operations, switching to 2125 the next week. I only pulled the inaugural flights. 0950 SFO arrival the other direction as well.
