Since this is the Hawaii-based airline thread, I assume that you are flying HA. Your choice is really an option of whether you want to be closer to the coach section, the galley or bathroom, or right in-between. You are really looking at a difference of six feet or so between row one and two, or two and three. Doubt whether traffic to the bathroom would bother you in a window seat.

Personally, I'd be in Row 1, away from galley...
