Hmm, where is it holding up? I get all the way through to the payment page on step 3, I didn't go to confirm on step 4 though. They also have a viber number it looks like you can call if you'd like to try that route?

I haven't used them, to be clear. But just tried it out to see with a dummy order just now as I felt bad it wasn't working after my friends recommended it.
