Flew La Compagnie in November : the seats are all equivalent in term of comfort. I would choose front seats to gain a few minutes on arrival, but with less than 80 pax on board, it's really just a question of minutes!
I would avoid exit row seats :extra leg room doesn't have any sense there and those seats will bring more noise from the doors, cooler temperatures, and potential less convenient use of the tablets/screens (+ no overhead bins directly accessible)
The company uses 2 planes : seats and comfort are to me way way better in their F-HCIE (not the seats shown on the website) than in F-HTAG (where the seats seemed more tired : the crew were constantly called to help people to unlock the seats in a quite sportive way!).
You will have a pleasant flight, just don't put your expectations too high. It is a small company and "low cost business class" doesn't mean business class.
