I called today to see about rebooking my return flights. Currently booked SFO-YUL-MUC on AC/LH and wanted to switch to Swiss or all AC. I was told per the ticket rules there is a $150 change fee plus whatever the fare difference was. The agent could not book me into anything but AC metal, and every flight we tried priced out to around $4600 in fare difference. I will probably call again to see if another agent is more helpful but the first call wasn't promising.
