Just be careful not mixing those things up:
Rail & fly is a service offered by Deutsche Bahn which allows you to use the train to get to the airport/ get from the airport to any train station within Germany (and some at the border) after/ before your flight (example: you can arrive in Fra and take the train to Berlin).
The fixed price for this is 33Eur (second class).
You do not get any miles for this.
When you want this you need to enter QYG as your destination (German Railway Station).
The second thing is LH flight operated by Deutsche Bahn (you get them between FRA and Stuttgart or Cologne). There is a code for the main train stations.
there is a flight attendant on board and those are official LH flight numbers.
You got miles for this in the past, but not anymore.
