I don't have any idea how you think it's rated, so how can i judge if that's overrated or underrated or just right?

Ie, if someone rates Holiday Inn as always total trssh, it's underrated.
But if someone rates Holiday Inn as always the most fabulous hotel on earth, it's vastly overrated.

There's no one rating for Holiday Inn that I know of, so your question doesn't make sense without referencing some particular rating.

And different Holiday Inn properties vary greatly in quality, so I'm not sure how someone would come up with an overall Holiday Inn rating to begin with.
